This single color non-woven fabric screen printing machine is developed in 2011. The material is non-woven fabric roll. It can print 1 colors each time. The line composition is Feeding part, First Printer, First IR Dryer, Second Printer, Second IR Dryer and Collecting Part. Water based ink is suited for shopping bags.
It's the upgrade version of single color printing machine. The difference is this two color machine has higher precision. It's a good solution for bags with more than 2 colors. It can make sure the mesh precision.
Single color printing machine can print second or third time, but it has not same effect as two color printing machine. Both machines have photocell, single color printing machine has one for read mark and stop fabric after printing, two color machine has 2 photocells, one is after first printing, the other is after first drying and before second printing.
